Our apartment consists of:

• A large open living room with its fully equipped kitchen (combined fridge, filter coffee machine, kettle, hob, hood, washing machine and all the necessary crockery), a dining area with table and chair, a 140 x sofa bed 190 a television and free wifi access. The living space opens onto an outdoor terrace with garden furniture
• A bathroom with bathtub and single sink
• A bedroom with 1 90x190cm beds and fitted wardrobes

• A bedroom with 2 90x190cm beds (which can be joined together)

• Drying rack, vacuum cleaner and mop

• Wireless

• Bed and bath linen + bath mat and tea towel provided

Large free shared parking and our concierge available on site if needed

Cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask you to keep our apartment in a suitable condition.

THE POOL IS ACCESSIBLE BETWEEN JUNE AND SEPTEMBER (depending on weather conditions)

Possibility of a weekly cleaning service and breakfast on request at an additional cost.

The surrounding area has countless hiking trails and loops, GRs and greenways, which will allow you to appreciate our region in all its splendor. The most courageous will be able to tour Lake Avène on foot and admire the sumptuous landscapes of the Monts d’Orb. During your spa or vacation in Avène in Haut-Languedoc, you can enjoy breathtaking landscapes and superb villages less than an hour by car. The ideal place for a weekend getaway to recharge your batteries.

RETURNS: For any returns, concerning cleaning or a technical problem, please notify us within 24 hours of your arrival. Beyond these 24 hours, we consider that there is nothing to report. If upon departure, damage is reported by our concierge, we consider this to be your fault.
